Messages. This website has no form. When you write to us by email or on WhatsApp, we process the data you send us (name, contact details, message content) only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or, failing that, our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive. This data is kept for no more than three years from our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship follows.

Recipients. Your data is neither sold nor transferred. Only our email provider, IONOS SE (Germany, European Union), has access to it as a processor. If you choose WhatsApp, the exchange also goes through WhatsApp (Meta), under its own terms.

Technical data. To deliver and secure the website, our host Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and availability of the website. This data may be processed in the United States; this transfer is covered by Cloudflare's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies. This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool, tracker or third-party content. No consent is therefore required.

Your rights. Under the GDPR and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you can access your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted; the GDPR also gives you the rights to restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@axiomata.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
